Josie in Charge

When Sammy goes on holiday, Josie has to take over the shop. She gets in a muddle, trying to do everything the way Sammy does it. The Koalas suggest that Sammy normally has an assistant, and that maybe Josie should have an assistant too. Josie ropes in Mitzi, and the two of them get into an even greater muddle, with the impetuous Mitzi upsetting the smooth running of the shop.

In the end, the Koalas suggest that rather than copying Sammy, Josie should play to her own strengths in running the shop. Josie does it her way, and things run well. Josie realises that you don't have to do things in the same way as other people, you can often think up your own way, which works best for you.
