After being convinced by Tiny that she can't play five instruments at once, Noisy decides to form a band. The prospective band members do not have much faith in their musical abilities and Sporty is horrified when he discovers Noisy wants him to be the singer! Tiny tries to help him but, until the very last moment, everything seems to go wrong.
