Pingu and the Paper Plane

Preschool stop-frame animation. Pingu is a young penguin who is always up to mischief, finding himself in comical situations in the snowy world in which he lives. Pingu's companions include his baby sister Pinga and his best friend Robby the seal. During one of Pingu's lessons, a classmate throws a paper aeroplane, hitting the teacher. Pingu gets the blame and is punished. He decides to get revenge on the classmate who threw the plane.
