Pingu is playing at being a photographer. A photojournalist takes a picture of him and Robby by a hot-air balloon. Pingu's photos don't develop as he forgets to remove the lens cap. Luckily the journalist's picture in the newspaper shows Pingu and his friend in front of the balloon.
