Ray runs into old enemy Frankie Zuko. Ray loved and lost Frankie's sister Irene years back and the chemistry is still there. Zuko is having problems of his own: his power in the neighbourhood is slipping - a rival gang is smashing up his bars. The last thing he needs is Ray rattling his cage again. So, when a car bomb kills Ray's friend and colleague, Fraser isn't convinced Zuko's to blame. Ray, however, is out for blood.
