Pingu and the Game of Fish

Pingu plays a practical joke using a fish on a string. However, when it comes to playing a trick on a wheelchair user, Pingu is not so sure. Having been the brunt of the joke, the disabled penguin joins in and in the end, Pingu's other friend needs a wheelchair to get home when the joke backfires.
