Ed gets a full inspection.

Oliver tells Ed they'll have to be really strict on the hygiene routines once they start using unpasteurised milk. Ed thinks he is anyway, but he takes it on board.

Tom and Jazzer speculate about what's going on at Home Farm. Jazzer agrees to help with the decorating.

Joe joins Ed and Oliver for breakfast, and later looks over some of the pasture with Oliver. Joe knows the authorities will be concerned about Oliver selling unpasteurised milk. But he thinks it's a good thing - Eddie and the boys all grew up on it, and they've hardly had a day's illness in their lives. Joe takes the opportunity to thank Oliver for everything he's done for Ed. He wishes Oliver success.
