Recreating a legendary fell pony race - poet Ian McMillan's pilgrimage to the top of the Lake District 'high street'. From 2005.

Poet and first-time fell walker Ian McMillan swaps his rhyming dictionary and thesaurus for walking boots and waterproofs.

He's heading off to the top of the Lake District mountain 'high street' on a pilgrimage to recreate a legendary fell pony race.
