Pissed and Pregnant

Documentary which investigates the effects of alcohol consumption during pregnancy, using a combination of interviews and experiments. According to two of Britain's top specialists, current government guidelines for drinking during pregnancy are putting unborn children at risk of long-term behavioural damage - named Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder or, in its severest form, Foetal Alcohol Syndrome - a condition characterised by facial abnormalities, stunted growth and even brain damage.
