Downbeat thriller about a small-time hood who goes on the run with his boxer son after a bout goes wrong. Hoping to turn legit, the man decides to manage his son, but when a sure win turns sour, he and the fighter go on the run from the police and the bookies he owes money to. When the son is shot dead, the distraught hood sets out to look for some answers.
