A Time to Kill

Thriller based on the novel by John Grisham. A lawyer defends a black Mississippi factory worker who killed two racist thugs after they assaulted his young daughter.

Carl Lee Hailey, a Mississippi factory worker, seeks instant retribution when he shoots the two racist thugs who brutally assaulted his ten-year-old daughter, Tonya. When a young and brilliant lawyer, Jake Brigance, defends Carl in court, the town is engulfed in a cauldron of conflicting emotions that threaten to explode.
