After the passing away of Samir Meshal of Qassim Communications and the reputation of Shlomo Zahary's company, Zahary Communications, being called into question, Nessa Stein has offered the Phase Three contract to Tahet Technology.
The contract was signed by Stein and Jalel El-Amin of Tahet Technology.
