When will doors open?
Doors open 45 minutes before the performance.
How do I buy a Promming ticket?
A limited number of Promming tickets will be available for £6.00 on the day.
Raffle tickets denoting your queue number will be handed out on a first-come, first-served basis from around 4.00pm which gives you the opportunity to buy a Promming ticket from 8.45pm; once you have received a raffle ticket, you are free to leave the queue until 1.5 hours before the performance starts. Please make sure you return at least 30 minutes before the performance begins otherwise you will not be guaranteed entry.
Will I be admitted if I'm late?
Latecomers will not be admitted unless or until there is suitable break in the music.
Can I bring children?
Children under 5 are not admitted to Cadogan Hall out of consideration for both audience and artists. See this page on special events for families.
Is there anywhere to leave coats?
A limited number of lockers are available on site.
How much are tickets?
Standing tickets: £6.00
Day Tickets (Standing): £6.00
A limited number of Promming tickets are available for cash only on the day from 8.45pm at The Tanks at Tate Modern.
Electronic devices
Mobile phones and other electronic devices are distracting to other audience members. Please ensure they are switched off.
The use of cameras
The use of cameras, video cameras and recording equipment is strictly forbidden.
Food and drink at The Tanks at Tate Modern
A selection of wines, beers, soft drinks, tea, coffees and snacks is available from Tate Modern’s Terrace Bar.
Car parking
There are no parking facilities at Tate Modern or in the surrounding streets.
Access
The Switch House Entrance provides step-free access to the Terrace Bar and Level 1, Switch House. From here, there is lift access to the performance level.
There are 12 parking spaces for disabled visitors, located on the south side of the building and accessed via Park Street. These spaces must be booked ahead: email [email protected] (with your name, contact details, date and time of visit) or call 020 7887 8888 (open 9.45am– 6.00pm daily).
Dress Code
Come as you are: there is no dress code at the Proms.
