This event is for aged 14 and over only.
Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult over 18 and no under 16s will be allowed into the floor/standing area. ID checks will be in operation.
Please note that there are NO facilities in place for overnight arrivals
Tickets
Can I still get a ticket?
All tickets have now sold out.
You can listen and watch the BBC Music Awards live across BBC One, Radio 1, Radio 2 and on bbc.co.uk/music.
Both BBC Radio 1 and 2 bringing you all the backstage build-up throughout the day. Keep following @bbcmusic for more updates.
How Secure is the ticketing system?
All tickets have a unique barcode and a reference number that relates to the details of the person who has booked the tickets. The bar code is scanned at the entrance to the event and tickets with an invalid barcodes will be rejected.
Tickets are fully traceable and can be cancelled at any time by invalidating the barcode.
PLEASE DON’T RISK BUYING OR OBTAINING TICKETS THROUGH UNOFFICIAL CHANNELS.
There are no official tickets on sale through any auction websites or outlets. Our barcode system also means that if tickets are stolen the original customer can ask for replacements which will invalidate the original barcode. Therefore if you buy tickets from another source you will have no way of knowing if the barcode is valid until you reach the entrance.
What if I do not receive a confirmation e-mail?
If you have purchased tickets and have not received a confirmation e-mail please check your junk email folder.
If you still can’t see a confirmation email then call See Tickets on 0844 854 1359 (calls cost 6p per minute plus standard network charges)
When should I expect to receive my tickets?
Tickets will be posted out around 2 weeks before the event.

Can I collect my tickets from the box office?
Whilst we do not recommend collecting your tickets from the box office, we recognise that in some cases you may need to do so.
The box office is located inside the venue foyer and will be open at 6pm. You will need to bring ID and the card that you booked your tickets with. Letters of authorisation will not be accepted.
If you are collecting from the box office please ensure you allow plenty of time before the event starts.
ACCESSIBILITY INFO
How can I access disabled facilities on site?
All disabled access tickets have now sold out.
Please note that disabled facilities are not designed for customers with temporary conditions such as broken legs, healing wounds or women who are pregnant. There will be medical and welfare facilities on site for all customers.
What disabled facilities will be onsite?

- Viewing platform and viewing area
- Induction loops
All assistance dogs are welcome. Venue staff should be approached for further information. It is however not recommended that animals be subjected to the loud noises and special effects from concerts. The venue should be contacted directly should you have concerns or special requirements.

How do I get to the venue?

Can I bring my own food and drink?
No, you may not bring food and drink into the event. There are plenty of places to eat and drink inside Earls Court selling a wide variety of food and drink.
All food and drink will be confiscated on entry.
Can I bring a camera?
Yes, but please be aware that professional photography equipment is not permitted in the venue. This includes zoom lenses.
Should I expect to be searched?
The organisers will use their right to search all persons and personal property via bag searches. It is a condition of entry that the ticket holder consents to being searched. They will refuse admission to, or eject from the venue, any person who refuses to be searched by a steward or other person acting on their behalf.
Anyone believed to be under the influence of alcohol or an illegal substance will be refused entry or asked to leave.
Is there anything that I am not allowed to bring?
The following articles are not permitted on site–knives, fireworks, smoke or gas canisters (including aerosols and nitrous oxide), megaphones, air-horns, sound systems, flares, weapons, dangerous or hazardous items, laser devices, glass vessels, poles, unauthorised items for trading, including any goods using unauthorised event logos, alcohol, and any article that might be used as a weapon and / or compromise public safety.
Are dogs allowed at the event?
No pets are allowed within the event site. However, assistance dogs will be permitted.
Can I get back in to the event after I leave?
There is no re-admission to the event. Once you have left the event you will not be able to get back in.
Will there be a printed programme that I can buy at the event?
Yes, there is a printed programme that will give details about the evening and the artists.
Will there be any strobe lighting?
It is likely that there will be strobe lighting.
GETTING THERE
By Tube:
Earls Court (District and Piccadilly lines) and West Brompton (District line) are the closest stations to the venue.
By Bus:
The following buses all stop close to Earls Court One.
74/N74 Baker Street to Putney High Street
328 Golders Green to Chelsea
C1 White City to Victoria
C3 Earls Court Tesco to Clapham Junction
N31 Camden Town to Clapham Junction (night bus only)
Please note: When travelling from south of the venue they will stop on Warwick Road. When travelling from north of the venue they will stop on Earls Court Road. Earls Court One is a very short walk from Earls Court Road - just follow the signs.
By Train:
London Overground and Southern trains run direct services to West Brompton station (for Earls Court).

By Car:
Earls Court postcode for Sat Nav is SW5 9TA.
There is limited parking at Earls Court so it is advisable that you pre-book if you are driving to the event.

How to Watch and Listen
On Radio:
Radio 1 will be live backstage with Greg James from 4pm.
At 6pm, Jo Whiley joins Nick Grimshaw to host the Radio 1 and Radio 2 All-Stars show, direct from the celebrity-filled corridors of Earls Court
The inaugural BBC Music Awards are live on Radio 1 and Radio 2 from 20.00 – 22.00
Then straight after the show finishes at 22.00, join Sara Cox and Zane Lowe at the official afterparty on Radio 1 and Radio 2
On TV:
The One Show starts the proceedings from 19.00, with all the red carpet gossip.
The awards are live on BBC One from 20.00 – 22.00.
Online:
Join the live blog on bbc.co.uk/musicawards from 4pm, with updates from the red carpet, backstage and on-stage, plus all you need to know about each performer.
