Today Puzzle #754

Puzzle No. 754– Thursday 4 June 2020
Today would have been the second Maths GCSE exam, so here's a typical problem solving question inspired by Johnny Ball's 1970s TV show "Think of a Number". Five times a number gives the same answer as adding 24 to the number. What number am I thinking of?
Today’s #PuzzleForTodav has been set by Bobby Seagull a school teacher and presenter of the BBC Two series Monkman & Seagull's Genius Adventures
