Martin Cullen
Martin is a personal trainer and strength & conditioning specialist with over 25 years’ experience.

Martin has worked with both complete beginners and world class athletes which include World Boxing Champion Antony Crolla whom he trained from injury to success.
The Make Your Move challenges have been developed with Martin to make sure they are working your body in the right way and that they are achievable.
Dr Kevin Fenton
Professor Kevin Fenton is the Public Health England National Director for Health and Wellbeing.

In this role he oversees PHE's national prevention programmes including screening for cancer and other conditions, Health Checks, public mental health, sexual and reproductive health, and a range of wellbeing programmes for infants, youth, adults and older adults.
Previously he was the director of the HIV and STI Department at the United Kingdom’s Health Protection Agency.
Clare Crane
Clare is a choreographer and dancer with over 15 years’ experience in the industry.
Trained in ballet, jazz and tap Clare specialises in commercial and street dance styles teaching both beginners and professional dancers internationally.
Having choreographed performances for Channel 4, Universal and BBC, Clare aims to build confidence through dancing, encouraging people to use dance as a form of expression.
James Henson
James is an advanced level sports therapist with in depth experience in the treatment of injuries and tension patterns, including those specific to the practice of yoga.

James is also an experienced tutor, teaching Sports Therapy courses and Yoga Anatomy across the UK.
His teaching now integrates his therapy practice and yogic studies with his many years of experience as a professional ballet dancer.
Anne Crichton
Anne is a senior trainer for Tai Chi for Health Institute Manchester, with qualifications in several forms of Tai Chi including arthritis and falls prevention, diabetes and osteoporosis among others.

Anne was instantly captivated by the grace and control required for the art of Tai Chi, she strives to improve her own technique and to pass on her experience to inspire and help others.
Cathy Mizula
Cathy is a qualified hula hoop instructor specialising in hula hoop tricks and hoop fitness.

After giving birth to her first child, Cathy tried out hooping as a way to get back into shape.
Although her fitness did improve, Cathy was having so much fun learning new tricks and meeting new people that she got hooked and started training to become an instructor.
She now teach regular classes in Manchester, as well as doing short courses and working at all kinds of events.
