The App will periodically access and collect information from your device to verify your location. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have consented to use the App and to allow it to access and collect such information for the purposes set out in the Information section. Your use of the App and provision of any data collected by it is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.

You understand and agree that your participation in the study referenced in the Information section is undertaken by you on a voluntary basis.

The App contains material which is owned by us or licensed to us, including the design, layout, look, Appearance and graphics any reproduction of the same if prohibited and may give rise to a claim for damages.

Where the BBC collects and/or processes your data, we will do so in accordance with the BBC’s Privacy & Cookies Policy and with the BBC’s Corporate Retention Schedule. The BBC will take all appropriate measures to ensure that all personal information that is under our control is held securely and in accordance with relevant data protection laws. We use strict procedures and security features to prevent any unauthorised access to, or misuse or loss of, your personal information.

Your use of the App and any dispute arising out of such use is subject to the laws of England and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
