Get Playing Events Terms and Conditions
Introduction
Get Playing is a BBC Music initiative that will run from May to September 2016. These UK wide events are a big part of Get Playing. They are arranged by the Get Playing partners and are either aimed at getting people to play with a local band or orchestra (Come and Play, Making Music) or encouraging people who have never picked up a musical instrument before to consider learning to play (Learn to Play, Music for All)
The BBC undertakes to promote these events on the Get Playing website and across local radio and television where possible.
Terms and Conditions

- There must be a clear level of separation between the BBC brand and any commercial activity. This means that any kind of promotional or sales activity is to be kept separate from the event itself.
- The event and the BBC brand must not be used as an inducement for commercial opportunities.
- The BBC must not be seen to endorse any single make of instrument or particular shop or to have a relationship with the
instrument maker or shop that goes beyond the Get Playing event. - All partner marketing materials or social media must be factually correct when mentioning the BBC’s role in these events. For example, 'this event staged by X is part of the BBC's Get Playing campaign.'
- Once you have agreed to these terms and conditions, the BBC will supply branding elements to you which must be used in accordance with BBC guidelines.
