HOW TO MOTIVATE STAFFSEAN: I think everybody would agree it's important to give recognition for good work. Feedback is very important. If someone does something good, then you have to say "that's good". You try to encourage people to have, to contribute ideas.
But it's also important to actually use their ideas. Otherwise people will feel that there's no point me giving ideas, because they're never used, never carried out.
