INEC returning officer Professor Adeola Afuwape announce for live TV say main opposition party Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) get 254, 698 votes while di candidate of di ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) party get 254, 345 votes.
Afuwape tok say since dem cancel 3598 votes for polling centres and na only 353 votes wey PDP use take pass APC then im go declare di election, 'inconclusive', to mean say clear winner no dey.
