But afta hearing di case and di evidence and witness statements, di High Court for Kumasi rule say Akosua Serwaa no fit prove beyond doubt say she and di late musician get civil marriage.

Di judge say documents wey dem present as evidence to di court to support dia case say she and Daddy Lumba get civil marriage for Germany no be complete.

Di judge Her Ladyship Justice Dorinda Smith Arthur tok in her ruling say, "Di evidence dem submit fall short of section 136 and 161 of di law wey dey required say di plaintiff gatz submit di original marriage certificate from dia marriage for Biornheim marriage registry togeda wit certification from di Ghana embassy for Germany."

Di court also rule say under di evidence act, di plaintiff gatz to present recognised German civil marriage expert to testify, but dem no do am.

According to dia family head - Abusuapanin Kofi Owusu wey testify for court, di first wife many years ago tok say she no wan continue wit di marriage wit Daddy Lumba so dem dissolve di marriage.
