Ibrahim Abdullahi wey be di Deputy National Publicity Secretary of di PDP say di party dey go ahead wit di national Convention.
E say di party don witness series of party leadership wey be always through consensus, but di convention go help dem get leadership replacement.
"We dey get leadership replacement, dem go take ova to manage di affairs of di PDP. Di Convention go dey successfull."

PDP Elective National Convention dey expect about 3,000 delegates from Nigeria 36 states and di Federal Capital Territory (FCT), along wit party leaders, stakeholders, and international observers, including members of di Diplomatic Corps, according to di party.

Saraki say di solution no be convention but make dem setup caretaker committee wey go manage di affairs of di party.
"My advice to di BOT team na say di only solution available to us now na for di party to set up Caretaker Committee to drive di affairs of di party for di time being. Dis gatz come in di next two days."
Saraki say na through di caretaker committee go make di party stable and also give confidence to party members wey wan contest elections on di PDP platform.
"For di present situation, no serious politician wit electoral ambition go seek to contest on di platform of di PDP, not knowing weda im nomination go dey valid or declared null and void."
Di former Kwara state govnor say di PDP planned National Convention for Ibadan go 'only put more fuel to di present crisis.'
