"We dey serious about payment becos di high rank actor dey earn between 2m to 3m naira. Di lowest rank dey earn notin. As I dey tok, producer dey do as if dem dey help actors wey dem wan cast for feem," Oga Rollas tok.

"Pipo dey work without payment and dem dey happy, na di orientation and perception for di industry and we dey serious about dis matta.

"We wan make actors get minimum payment benchmark, make actors no dey earn less dan 10,000 naira for one or two scenes."

How much dis actors dey earn on average?

"We dey push for di standard earning for actors. Nobody get standard fee for actors across di kontri. If you no get money to produce feem go do anoda business. No be say, you go come begin tok say you no get money to produce feem."

Oga Rollas tok say AGN get health insurance for im members and dem dey provide assitant for actors wey no be dia members.

“Wen you be AGN member or you dey pay your dues we get insurance plan for everybody. We also get HMOs wey you fit select any hospital across di kontri," Oga Rollas tok.

"If you dey live for Abuja but you travel for production go Lagos, we go transfer you plan to Lagos. Some Nollywood actors, wey no be members of Actors Guild Nigeria, we dey seek for internal help and call for senior actors make dem gada to help dem.

Nollywood actor, Ameachi Muonago, wey dey suffer from stroke medical condition dey beg for finacial assistance form Nigerians.

"E no dey any HMO plans but di only tin wey we go fit do for am na to seek for internal help," Oga Rollas tok.
