Titilope Akintola wey dey live wit poland syndrome remember di shame she bin feel as a teenager for Nigeria afta her secondary school friend see di size of her breast, come begin dey spread di tori say she get one breast.
Titilope begin dey lose confidence in herself among her school mate as pipo dey laff her and begin ask her "Titi na true say you get one breast?" afta her friend spread di rumor to her broda.
Dis experience make her feel ashamed of her body and she begin lose focus in her education until she relocate to Ghana to kontinu her life.
"Eventhough e no dey easy wit me wey I get dis kind of condition among my classmates," she tok.
"My friends I know say dem go laff me becos I get one breast. But how e take happun be say for secondary school one friend see me my breast as I dey baff, wen she dey ask me. Titi you get one breast?
"E mean say one breast big pass di second. She go house go tell im broda say Titi get one breast and di broda na my senior for school. So, di moment wey I reach school, di broda come ask me, Titi na true say you get one breast?
Di 25-year-old say as she begin dey notice di changes wey she bin dey 13 years of age. "I begin notice for my puberty age say one breast bi pass di oda" she tell her aunty wey tell her parents make dem go take care of her.
But surprisingly her parents dey unaware of di condition come begin encourage her say di breast go grow as she dey grow but dis no be di case as "notin show say e go grow like di oda one dey grow."

'If I get moni I ready to do breast implant'
Years later Titilope visit doctor, wey diagnose her wit Poland syndrome and suggest say she fit do breast implant while im warn her to dey go for regular medical check up becos attimes e fit dey cancerous.
She tok say she go like visit surgeon one day if she get di moni for implant becos as a young woman "I wan live my life I no want make pipo dey body shame me and laugh at me."
"If I tok say I no wan do implant na lie I tell you. If I get di money today come see betta doctor wey ready I go do," she tok.
"I be young woman I wan live my live I no want make pipo dey body shame me and laugh at me."
Titilope still get her doubts about di implant as she dey worry say e fit affect am wen she wan start child bearing and she wan begin give her pikin breast milk but wit di help of medical experts she go get more clarifications on post-partum care wit Poland syndrome.
According to National Institute of Health, Poland Syndrome na rare deformity of pikin for womb, absence of muscles, breast and nipple for di upper part of di body.
Poland Syndrome dey caused by genetic mutilation. Genetic mutilation fit dey pass down from parents to pikin or e fit happun wen di cells divide for inside di womb.
E dey start to appear from newborn and as di pikin dey grow e become more noticeable and e fit happun to both male and female but dey more noticeable among females.
'I dey manage wit bullying and body shaming'
Titilope tok say she no dey worry about cyberbullyng and body shaming again becos she don dey embrace herself "e betta to embrace yourself, love yourself becos if any tin happun to you dis pipo no go dey dia"
"I dey read bad comments wey I go laugh and sometimes I dey reply wit di hatred wey dem dey bring," she tok.
"I dey manage wit bullying, body shaming and anytin becos right now e betta make you love yourself becos i anytin happun dis pipo no go dey dia."
She tok say she come on social media to create awareness and build safe community for pipo wey dey live wit poland Syndrome becos of her bitter experience for secondary.
