At least 56 pipo don die inside stampede during one football match for Guinea second-largest city, Nzérékoré, goment don confam.

Videos and fotos on social media wey BBC verify show how e be outside di stadium, wit large crowds wey dey attempt to climb ova walls and plenti bodies on di ground.

Some of di pipo wey lie unresponsive for ground appear to be small pikin.

Paul Sakouvogi, one local journalist for Nzérékoré, tell BBC say dem don restrict internet access for di region, and police dey guard di entrance to di hospital wia dem dey treat pipo wey injure.

"I observe six police pick-ups position in front of di three entrances to di hospital. Dem allow only di medical staff to access di hospital, while dem tell odas make dem go back as dem take come."

Prime Minister Bah don pay tribute to di pipo wey die and promise full medical and psychological support to di pipo wey injure.

Guinea football body, Feguifoot, tok say na moment of "intense pain" and e say football suppose to "unite hearts and bring minds closer" no be to cause "tragedy and grief".

Thousands of spectators dey present wen di stampede happun for di match between Nzérékoré and Labé, local news website MediaGuinée report.
