Emefiele suppose take im plead for court today but surprisingly di Registrar for court confam to tori pipo say di case no dey for dia cause list.

Dis one mean say di case no dey among di cases dem go hear for di day. E no too clear for now why dis case no dey among.

Neither Oga Emefiele's lawyers nor di prosecutors- di State Security Service (DSS) dey for court and dem no give reasons for di absence of di case on di court case list.

Di DSS neva respond to di BBC request for comment.

Last Thursday, Justice Hamza Muazu of di Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court bin adjourn di arraignment of di former Emefiele to 23 August 2023 afta counsel to Nigeria Goment Muhammed Abubakar beg court to adjourn am sake of say one of di defendant Sa'adatu Yaro no showface sake of say she sick.
