Inside a tram
A fleet of fifteen Nottingham trams will run through the city. 13 will be in use at any one time, one will be in reserve and the other will be in maintenance.

Did you know?

  • Each tram, will have air conditioning, heating and large windows, and will comfortably carry up to 191 passengers at a time, with 62 seats and two wheelchair points.
  • NET Line One runs for 14km between Hucknall and Nottingham railway stations, with a branch line to a Park and Ride site off Jnct 26 of the M1 at Phoenix Park.
  • The trams chosen for Nottingham have an excellent power/ weight ratio, increasing their ability to climb quite steep hills like Mount Hooton Road and Waverley Street.
