Episode 11
Turn and Turn About
Potto and Hilda just can’t seem to take turns. Fortunately the question that comes in, "Why do we have to take turns?" sends Hilda off to learn from children who skip rope together. Hilda and Potto realize that when you take turns, everything is more fun.

The child will have the opportunity to look at:

Episode 12
Practice Makes Perfect
Hilda asks Potto to play swing ball, but he won’t even try because he’s not very good at the game. The question that comes in, "Why is it good to do hard things?" leads Hilda to a girl who is practising Irish Dancing. By the end of the episode, Potto realizes that it’s important to try, even if something is hard at first.

Episode 13
Potto's Really Rockin' Pocket Shoes
Potto is busy at work inventing a pair of Monster Guddies that will make him go as fast as Hilda. Hilda wishes she could fly like Claribelle. In answering the question, "Birds can fly, so why can’t I?" they come to discover that they are each special just the way they are.

- how to keep safe in familiar and unfamiliar environments;
- similarities and differences between groups of people.
Episode 14
One Wee Minute
Hilda and Potto are trying to play Hide-and-Seek together, but Potto counts too slowly for Hilda, and Hilda counts too fast for Potto. The question comes in: "How long is a wee minute?" After visiting children who are waiting “a wee minute” for scones to cool, Potto and Hilda realize that the length of a "wee minute" depends on who you are, and what you’re waiting for.

- their relationships with family and friends;
- How to respond appropriately in conflict situations.
Episode 15
Hilda’s Two Birthdays
Hilda decides that birthdays are such fun that she’d like to throw herself a Birthday Again party. Driven by the question "Why can’t every day be my birthday?" Hilda goes to the Halloween celebration in Londonderry/Derry. Hilda and Potto come to realize that Public Holidays are even better than birthdays because they are something that everyone can share.

- learning to live as a member of the community;
- themselves and their personal attributes;
- their own and others’ feelings and emotions.
