Creggan Country Park Christmas Tree Party

Creggan Country Park hosted its first ever Christmas Tree Party last month. The aim of the event was to encourage people to give the gift of a real tree to their family and friends instead of a Christmas card. On the day volunteers planted their own tree to help increase biodiversity on the 100-acre site.

There was also a photo opportunity for tree planters so they could use their photo as an online Christmas card for friends.
