The 20-year-old former hairdresser will take part in a web chat for BBC Norfolk on Children In Need day, Friday 18 November 2005. He will answer questions about his part in the reality television show and his career since being voted out by the public. Obstacle race Craig will also be compering an obstacle race at the Forum in Norwich at 6pm. The competition will pitch staff from BBC Radio Norfolk, including presenter Graham Barnard, against a team from the Evening News. The Evening News' Charlie Papworth said she is treating it as a grudge match. "Finally we can get our revenge over BBC Radio Norfolk after they beat us in the pancake race earlier this year," she said. Teams from Norfolk Police, the Norfolk Fire Service, Norfolk Air Cadets and Norfolk Sea Cadets will also be competing. The highlight of the day will be a canoe race on Whitlingham Broad near Norwich at 12.30pm, where a team from BBC Radio Norfolk will compete against the Broads Authority.  | | Stephen Bumfrey |
Gary Mitchell, who works at the Outdoor Education Centre at Whitlingham, is keen to get more people to take part in the race. "Entering a team for the Pudsey Paddle Trophy is easy, a chance for everyone to get active, have fun and all for a good cause," he said. Spectators will also be able to take part in a free walk around the Broad with BBC Norfolk's Walk Through Time before the race. The BBC Radio Norfolk Action Desk is taking bookings for this. On-air auction Throughout the day on BBC Radio Norfolk listeners will be able to bid for auction items to raise money for Children In Need. - The chance to help out Father Christmas at the North Norfolk Railway
- Be an astronomer for a night with BBC Norfolk's Mark Lawrik-Thompson
- Be a BBC Radio Norfolk reporter for the day with the news team
- Be a paranormal investigator for the night with a team of experts

Breakfast presenter Stephen Bumfrey will host the day, while other favourites including Wally Webb, Roy Waller and Chris Goreham will be set challenges to raise as much money as possible within 90 minutes.
