Entertain the nation on BBC Two The finalists - Week 3, Show 2Thousands of people took part in auditions to get a place on BBC Two's talent show, Let Me Entertain You. The show ran over four weeks from Monday 28th May to Friday 22nd June with five shortlisted acts performing every night in front of a live studio audience. The longer the performers kept the demanding studio audience entertained, the more chance they had to reach the Friday final, and possibly the live grand final! Act: Darren is a singer who enjoys nothing more than belting out the old pub favourites from the 50’s to the present day. A prison officer by day, Darren has recently returned to the pubs and clubs of Gloucester following a long break since his band split twelve years ago.
Name: Hannah and Martin
From: UK
Act: A gymnastic duo who have been performing together while studying at university. Their act is an acrobatics show, which they've performed at their student union.
Name: Raychel Harvey Jones
From: Brighton
Act: Raychel is a musical theatre performer who has sung all over the world on cruise ships, in bands and at holiday camps. She works as a TV presenter, but this is the first time she has sung on TV. Her dream is to read the BBC news and she is in her final year of a self-funded degree in journalism.
Name: Jake
From: UK
Act: 12-year-old Jake has been playing the classical clarinet since he was 8. He attends the Royal Academy of Music on Saturdays, and his clarinet was once used by Artie Shaw the famous band leader.
