Entertain the nation on BBC Two The finalists - Week 1, Show 4 Thousands of people took part in auditions to get a place on BBC Two's talent show, Let Me Entertain You. The show ran over four weeks from Monday 28th May to Friday 22nd June with five shortlisted acts performing every night in front of a live studio audience. The longer the performers kept the demanding studio audience entertained, the more chance they had to reach the Friday final, and possibly the live grand final! The finalists Name: Apeksha Dandekar
From: London
Act: Apeksha has been singing since she was 9. Her first performance took place in a local town hall as part of a variety performance. Since then she has recorded an album in India and made a music video. She enjoys singing songs by some of the big divas, but also writes her own songs.
Name: The Black Mountain Male Chorus of Wales
From: Wales
Act: A typical Welsh male choir drawn from all sectors of welsh community life. They have toured all over the states and have performed over 200 concerts. Every time they go on tour to America they end up losing a member of the choir to an American lady!
Name: Pole Performers
From: South Coast
Act: A dance duo who combine pole dancing and gymnastics to form their unique show show. Both girls were originally dancers by trade. They met in Ibiza and now they teach pole dancing classes every day in over 20 venues along the south coast.
Name: Demi Holborn
From: UK
Act: 14-year-old Demi loves singing, dancing and performing. Her brother secretly nominated her for the GMTV Singing Competition and out of 7,000 other entrants she won. She loves music and hopes she can make it in the music industry.
