Where do Easter bonnets come from?
It's thought that the history of Easter bonnets is linked with people wanting to wear nice clothes when going to church - their 'Sunday best'.
After Lent, which is the period of time where Christians often give things up, Easter was a chance for some people to enjoy themselves in style.
