There were also spin-offs like The Lego Batman Movie and The Lego Ninjago Movie.

Writers and directors Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, who played a big part in the main films, are also behind the Spider-Man: Spider-Verse series.

It was directed by the person behind Toy Story 4 (more on that later) and, even though it didn't make as much money as planned, it got good reviews from critics.

The Transformers toys are over 40 years old and have led to lots of comics, films, and even an animated series on CBBC.
