Radio 1 DJ Greg James is taking up a new challenge for Comic Relief - after saying he wouldn't do one again.
The breakfast show presenter will be cycling 630 miles (1,000km) across the UK on a tandem (two-seater) bike over eight days.
He will set off from Weymouth in the south of England on 13 March and finish in Edinburgh in Scotland on Red Nose Day which is on 20 March.
This will be Greg's third Red Nose Day big challenge after completing five triathlons in five days in 2016 and cycling between Scafell Pike, Snowdon, and Ben Nevis - climbing each of them in 2018.

The Radio 1 presenter will be joined by some special guests on his epic journey
Greg will mostly be riding his bike solo for eight hours every day as part of the challenge.
But, he has said that he will be joined on the two-seater bike by other Radio 1 presenters and some special guests along the way.
"I do think it will be a ludicrous challenge, and one that I don't know whether or not I can do," he says. "But I'm going to try it.
"A little bit of pain is worth the overall goal of raising loads of money for Comic Relief."
In his previous challenges Greg raised more than a million pounds for the charity.
