Her 12th album, The Life of a Showgirl, was the year's biggest seller, with 642,000 chart sales since its release in October.
But it wasn't just Taylor who had an impressive year.
2025 was a huge 12 months for British artists such as Olivia Dean and Lola Young.
Olivia became the first woman in UK chart history to achieve her first number one single (Man I Need) and album (The Art Of Loving) in the same week.
And Lola Young landing the year's second-biggest single, with Messy.
US singer Alex Warren's Ordinary was the year's most-played track.

Oasis also had a big year, thanks to their huge comeback tour.
The rock and roll band were one of the biggest and most important bands of the 1990s and 2000s, and were behind some of the biggest hits of the nineties with songs such as Wonderwall, Don't Look Back In Anger and Live Forever.
Their greatest hits compilation, called Time Flies, was the fourth biggest album of the year, while their album (What's The Story) Morning Glory, originally released in 1995, was seventh.
According to industry experts, combined music sales rose by nearly 5% to 201 million albums sold or streamed in 2025.
In addition, streaming now accounts for nearly 90% of the overall music market.
