Lacey Turner

Actress Lacey Turner is the first celebrity contestant to be announced for the 2026 series.
Best known for her role as Stacey Slater on EastEnders, Turner said she is "so excited" to hit the dance floor.
"I am a huge fan and can't quite believe I will be taking part and not watching at home this year! I look forward to meeting everyone and learning a new skill," she added.
Turner has won lots of awards, including a British Soap Award and National Television Award for her role on Eastenders, and has also starred in TV dramas including the BBC's Our Girl.
Dani Dyer

Dani Dyer is the second celeb announced to be taking part.
Dyer was originally part of the cast of Strictly 2025 but had to withdraw due to an injury before the competition began.
Now she'll be returning to compete for the glitterball trophy later this year.
Dyer said: "I am so excited to be back in the ballroom this September! I just cannot wait to get my dancing shoes back on and hopefully this time around I can actually make it to week one!
"I'm just over the moon and cannot wait to find out who else is doing it!"
Dani has a famous dad - actor Danny Dyer - who she stars alongside in the hit series The Dyers Caravan Park.
She has also won Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, as well as making guest appearances on Celebrity MasterChef, Celebrity Gogglebox and EastEnders.
Delta Goodrem

Australian singer and actress Delta Goodrem is the third celebrity to be announced for the upcoming series.
Last month, she represented her country at the Eurovision Song Contest, where she finished in fourth place.
And it seems that Goodrem is really looking forward to getting her dancing shoes on.
"I've been incredibly honoured to perform on many different stages throughout my career - from TV, theatre, film sets, to touring my own shows around the world.
She added: "There is, however, one stage I've never stepped onto and that is the ballroom floor. I'm absolutely thrilled to be joining Strictly and can't wait to get started."
Chris Appleton

Multi-awarding hair stylist Chris Appleton joins Strictly as the fourth celebrity to be announced.
Chris is a famous hair stylist who works with massive stars like Ariana Grande, Katy Perry and Kim Kardashian.
His amazing hair styles are often on the covers of famous fashion magazines like Vogue, Harper's Bazaar and Vanity Fair.
He's also written a best-selling book, Your Roots Don't Define You, all about his life in showbiz.
Chris said: "I'm thrilled to be joining Strictly Come Dancing... I've always believed that the best things happen when you take a chance and try something new.
"I may know my way around a salon floor, but the dance floor is a whole different story - and I can't wait to get started."
Who are the new Strictly Come Dancing presenters?

There's not one, not two - but three new hosts of Strictly Come Dancing.
TV presenter Emma Willis, comedian Josh Widdicombe and professional dancer Johannes Radebe will now be responsible for presenting the glitterball trophy.
It comes after presenters Claudia Winkleman and Tess Daly left the show at the end of last season.
Strictly boss Sarah James said the new combination was "unexpected, but their magic was undeniable the moment they came together".
Who are the Strictly judges?

The gang are back to judge another line up in the new series
Back once again for the new series will be the FAB-U-LOUS four judges - Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, Anton Du Beke and Head Judge Shirley Ballas.
They'll be casting a beady over the performances each week, giving their expert opinion on the dances and delivering their scores.
Who will get the most 10s this series and who will get Craig's signature sass?
Who are the Strictly 2026 professional dancers?

We don't yet know which celebs will be paired with which professional dancers, but we do know the names of most of the pros for this year.
Returning to the dance floor will be Dianne Buswell, Julian Caillon, Amy Dowden, Katya Jones, Neil Jones, Nikita Kuzmin, Jowita Przystał, Aljaž Škorjanec, Alexis Warr, Kai Widdrington, Nancy Xu, Carlos Gu, Lauren Oakley and Vito Coppola.
However, some big names will be missing.
Karen Hauer, the show's longest-serving female pro, who has been with the show for 14 years, won't be returning.
Other professional dancers including Gorka Marquez, Nadiya Bychkova, Luba Mushtuk and Michelle Tsiakkas will also not be coming back this year.
In addition to the returning pros, there will be brand new professional dancers joining the line-up in 2026, but they won't be announced until closer to the show's launch.
