Government says too many children are in care homes

You might recognise Rick, Tee, Elektra and Faith from CBBC's The Dumping Ground - they are the stars of the show about kids that live in a care home.
In real-life, around 4,000 children live in care homes across the country.
The Government think that's far too many and have promised to give adoption charities £16million to try and find more would-be parents.
The money will be spent on advertising for families, and selecting and preparing them to become adopters.
