The first ever major exhibition about Famous Five author, Enid Blyton, is to open at the National Centre for Children's Books. It includes scripts from some of her classics, like Malory Towers, which have never been on display before.

Some people have criticised the books for being outdated, and many have been changed for reprints. According to Seven Stories chief executive Kate Edwards, though, Blyton's work "should be viewed in the context of its time".
