A 29-year-old man has been jailed for child sex offences which he started committing as a teenager.
Christopher Goode, of Paradise Street, Oxford, was found guilty of 17 counts including the rape of a child under 13 and sexual assault of a child.
He was sentenced at Oxford Crown Court to 15 years with a further seven years on licence following a five-day trial.
The offences were committed against a girl and a boy between 1998 and 2006 in Oxfordshire.
'Courage of victims'
Det Con Rebecca McLeod, from Thames Valley Police, thanked the victims for their "courage in coming forward".
She said: "The victims have been living with the memories of the abuse inflicted upon them for over a decade.
"Hopefully this sentence will enable them to move forward with their lives".
Thames Valley Police said Goode was arrested on 11 April 2013 and charged with the offences on 4 March 2014.
