Foster Christian claimed he had been acting in self defence
A man murdered two people after a row over a shower at accommodation they shared in Kent.
Foster Christian, 53, attacked Simon Gorecki, 47, and Natasha Sadler-Ellis, 40, at the property on Dickens Avenue in Canterbury in March.
He argued he had been acting in self defence but was found guilty of both murders at Maidstone Crown Court.
Christian, of Dickens Avenue, Canterbury, is due to be sentenced on Wednesday.
He was also convicted of wounding Ms Sadler-Ellis' 20-year-old son and a 16-year-old boy.
Foster Christian made a 999 call to police in which he claimed to have been assaulted
Kent Police said Mr Gorecki had been taking a shower when Christian turned on a tap in the kitchen, causing the temperature of the water to change.
A row ensued which ended in Christian launching his attack, stabbing Mr Gorecki and Miss Sadler-Ellis.

Natasha Sadler-Ellis was found with fatal stab wounds at the property
Det Ch Insp Nick Gossett, senior investigating officer said: 'What started as an argument took a very serious turn with tragic consequences. Now two lives have been lost and many lives ruined.
"Although Christian never denied stabbing Miss Sadler-Ellis and Mr Gorecki it is clear from our investigation that this was not self defence, but murder.
"I hope the families can now move on with their lives.'

Miss Sadler-Ellis and Simon Gorecki were both fatally injured with the same knife
