Police name two walkers killed in St Agnes crash

Two walkers who were killed on a country road have been named by police.

Calvin Trevena and Ann Varran, who were both 51 years old and from Redruth, were found between Chiverton Cross and St Agnes in Cornwall on Sunday morning.

Officers found a damaged white S4 Audi estate on the B3277 and the bodies of the two walkers nearby.

Two men, aged 26 and 27, were arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and have since been released on bail.
