Croatia Operation Storm parade amid Serbia mourning

Thousands of people have attended a military parade in the Croatian capital, Zagreb, to mark the 20th anniversary of the 1995 Operation Storm military offensive.

Operation Storm brought an the end to the war that was sparked by Croatia's proclamation of independence from the former Yugoslavia.

While Croatia celebrated the anniversary as its Victory Day, Serbia declared 4 August an official day of mourning - viewing the operation as one of ethnic cleansing.
