If you're need of more cosy crime, you'll want to watch the new series of the Sister Boniface Mysteries. Nun, winemaker and moped rider, Sister Boniface is the police's secret weapon in fighting crime.

Ann Droid

As funny, as it is poignant – Ann Droid tells the story of an unlikely friendship between Sue (Sue Johnston) and Linda (Diane Morgan) a social humanoid robot, created to keep elderly people company and monitor their health.

Keep chuckling with Diane Morgan in Mandy, Motherland and the phenomenal Philomena Cunk. 

Schitt’s Creek

Hide your diamonds, hide your exes - Schitt’s Creek is on the BBC.

All episodes of the award-winning Canadian sitcom, created by father and son duo Eugene and Dan Levy, are available to watch on BBC iPlayer.

Schitt’s Creek follows the adventures of the wealthy Rose family, who lose their fortune when their business manager embezzles funds from their video store company. Father Johnny (Eugene Levy), his former soap opera actress wife Moira (Catherine O’Hara) and their adult children David (Dan Levy) and Alexis (Annie Murphy) are forced to sell their family mansion and move to a small town, where they must adjust to a very different way of life.
