The Animal Award

This is awarded to an animal that improves the life of an individual or group of people. Or, a person or group of people working with animals to improve animal welfare.

Nominations are now open and will close on Tuesday 31 March at 5pm.

Winners will be selected by a panel of judges and awards will be given in each category, across each BBC radio station.

Make a Difference Award ceremonies will take place across the UK from September 2026.
