Alesha Dixon is best known as one third of British garage girl band Mis-Teeq, and of course, for running away with last year's Strictly Come Dancing crown.
Life is looking pretty rosy for Alesha right now – following her Strictly success, the offers have been pouring in. She's reportedly got a new album in the pipeline, a BBC Three TV show to present, and a film lined up, co-starring ER's Alex Kingston and X-Men's Brian Cox.
But life hasn't always been this good. As Mis-Teeq's MC, Alesha enjoyed four years of huge chart success before the band split in 2005 and she signed a £500,000 solo deal with Polydor. But by this time last year she had been dropped by her record label and had recently split from her cheating husband, So Solid Crew's MC Harvey, who had an affair with Alesha's friend, Popstars: The Rivals reject Javine Hylton. But with her career now skyrocketing and a string of highly eligible men linked to her name, it looks like Alesha's had the last laugh.
