This time though, it's Bruce Forsyth and Zoe Ball leading a live Saturday night dancing extravaganza. The night will be packed with spectacular world record attempts and amazing dance performances. Let the Jiving Lindy Hoppers take you back in time to when Harlem was hot and everyone flocked to the Savoy Ballroom to jive and jitterbug. But don't think it's only Americans who can jive. London's Russell Sargeant will attempt to smash the world record for the number of swing flips. From 1920s New York to the streets of Britain, hip hop legend Jonzi D will create a performance of pure adrenaline, constantly pushing the dancers to new levels of gravity-defying excellence. Paul 'Steadi' Steadman is already in training to break the world record of 40 'windmills' in just one minute. And from Germany, Chico will push his body to the limit with an amazing display of '1990s'. For those of you new to break-dancing, that's continuous 360-degree turns balancing on one hand! The programme also looks at The Big Dance, a week-long celebration organised by the Mayor of London and funded by the Arts Council England. It celebrates dance in cities across the UK and they've organised everything from Tapping on the Tube to Boogie Woogie Bollywood Dance. Events near you And you can join in on the extravaganza too.
