Read on to find out the juicy details... Bill is a star of stage and screen. He can be heard on the airwaves of BBC Radio Leicester almost 40 years on from his first show on the station. Bill is one of the country's best known actors in particular for his role as Greengrass in Heartbeat and more recently The Royal. He lives in Leicestershire and first appeared on BBC Radio Leicester just after the station's launch in 1967 which makes him one of the first presenters on BBC Local Radio. Bill now presents Maynard's Bill of Fare on BBC Radio Leicester and loves to chat with listeners and play some of his favourite songs.
