Chris "The Cyclist Highton" as Bill Maynard calls him, presents the Afternoon Show every Monday between 14:00 and 17:00, where he regularly chats to local musicians and brings you all the entertainment gossip from the week. As a boy Chris heard voices (don't ask!) from the speakers on his mum and dads lounge wall. From that moment he knew he wanted to be a DJ. So it's not surprising at the age of 19 Chris ended up with Terry Wogan, John Peel, Emperor Rosco and Jimmy Young on BBC Radios 1 and 2 driving their shows and making the tea. Chris has been enjoying himself with BBC Radio Leicester since 1995.
