In episode four we looked out how to use the present continuous to talk about things which are happening now. 

The present continuous for future plans and arrangements

We also use the present continuous - subject + be + verb+ing – to talk about future plans and arrangements that are definite. The kind of things you write in your diary.

เราใช้ประโยคปัจจุบันกำลังทำ -> ประธาน + be + คำกริยาที่ลงท้ายด้วย ing เพื่อพูดถึงสิ่งที่กำลังจะทำในอนาคต และแผนการที่กำหนดเวลาไว้แล้ว เหมือนกับเวลาเราจดสิ่งที่จะทำลงในสมุดบันทึก 

We only use the present continuous for the future when it is clear when you're talking about – we often use 'time expressions' like 'this evening', 'On Monday' or 'after lunch'.

เราจะใช้ประโยคปัจจุบันกำลังทำสำหรับอนาคต ต่อเมื่อระบุเวลาชัดเจน โดยมักจะตามด้วย 'การบอกเวลา' เช่น 'ค่ำนี้' 'วันจันทร์' หรือ 'หลังจากทานมื้อเที่ยง' เป็นต้น 

• This evening we're seeing a play
• He's meeting his bank manger at 10am tomorrow
• What are you doing this weekend? I'm going to Scotland
